The Black Hills Stock Show and Rodeo was very good this year…
I didn’t have any luck there in the bull riding. I personally like to watch the
bull riding and bronc riding, because those are more action packed events. The bull
riding wasn’t as good as I thought it should have been. But it’s your own
opinion on what you like to watch I suppose… so I hope you enjoyed the BHSS.
All-around cowboy: Trevor

Barrel racing: 1. Theresa Walter, 12.69 seconds, $4,542
Bull riding: 1. (tie) Garrett Vig, on Sutton Rodeos’ King Kong, and Allen Helmuth, on Burch Rodeo Company’s Cottonmouth King, 81 points, $4,053 each
Total payoff: $181,976 to all the staff and place winners in each event.

ReplyDeleteBulls and bronc riding is where you think most of the action is? Well I beg to differ, though the stock show didnt go well for me either, barrel racing is the fun even to watch! :)
